Teenage Engineering has released the EP-136 K.O. Sidekick, a new compact hardware unit that combines a two-channel mixer with an effects unit and sequencer.
The EP-136 K.O. Sidekick — which doubles as an integrated audio interface for DAW recording — is fitted with a high-resolution custom LCD colour screen and can be used as a standalone piece or linked to other Teenage Engineering EP-series units via the separate plastic connector pegs.
Each channel features a full three-band EQ, a dedicated gain knob, channel faders, cue buttons, and an FX button with six effects: filter, loop, delay, tape, tremolo and siren.
